Fellow North Carolinians,

Now, more than ever, the Tenth Congressional
District needs an experienced, principled
representative who will serve all the people with
compassion and integrity.  That is why I am running
for Congress.

We are facing tough issues in this country; at home
and abroad.  From health care to the economy to
education, to supporting our troops, and all of the
issues important to us, I will work to find common
ground while standing steadfast to our Western North
Carolina values.

You deserve more than a party-line representative.
You care about this country and this state too much
to be misrepresented by Washington insiders.  You
have worked too hard to have your voice unheard.

You deserve better.  I need you to join me in fighting
for real representation.  Together, we can make the
way things are done in Washington better for the
district and for the country.

I look forward to talking with you during this important
campaign.
